I have come to the realization that in order to deal with
emotional build up, I need to express my thoughts and emotions as soon as they
enter my mind. If something is bothering me, I must open up, if I feel excited
about something I must release my emotion rather than conceal it especially if
the strong emotion is caused by another person. This is immensely difficult for
me to do as I despise of disappointing people. In personal relationships, it is
very important to share your inner feelings with the other person as it
relieves you of an inner grievance and it prevents a toxic build-up of emotion.
